Our short-stay living community follows a well-structured, personalised process to guarantee that all residents receive the care and attention they need:
- Initial Assessment: After we receive a reservation request, we collect the complete medical information of the residents, before admission. Residents must disclose their full medical information for their safety during the stay. Our community would not be responsible for any emergencies arising out of misinformation or undisclosed medical information during the stay. Admission of patients with terminal illnesses or special needs is restricted in the community. However, if you need assistance, you can book our medical care plan with assisted living services.
- Our Care Plans: Emphasising the guest’s medical and personal circumstances, we have different prepaid care packages, such as daily, weekly, and monthly.

- Departure Facilitation: When checking out from our assisted stay, we help with leaving and recommend possible care in the future if required.
